Tattoo Apprentice

Hey!  My name is Melissa and I'm an apprentice tattoo artist at Studio Maxx, in St. John's, NL. I started my apprenticeship in April 2017. Since then I've learned so much from the creative and supportive artists that have been mentoring me, and have accomplished more in this short amount of time than I could have imagined.

Below is a collection of the work I have completed so far during this learning experience. Every day is a new challenge and although I've had my ups and downs, I'm very proud of the progress that I've made so far.

I am open to new work and new styles that I haven't tried yet. If you would like to submit a request for a custom design, please feel free to use the form at the bottom of the page! Please don't be offended if I can't take your request at this time. I only take on pieces that I feel confident in doing. If something is too technically challenging for me at this time, I'd be happy to tackle it once I feel more confident!
